Dialin’ ‘N Smilin’!

Yep, I’m doing what I promote.

Now that my MLM marketing campaign is written.  I am testing the script to make sure that I have the right message for my target market.

I found a lead list (actually, it was purchased from a lead broker), of a target group of people who, I believe, fit the market I’m looking for.  The leads were 10 cents a name.  The file is a list of people who have purchased a health product of some type in the last 30 days.  They are over a certain age limit and have a certain level of income.

My product is a nutritional health beverage.  So it’s benefits apply to a variety of health concerns.  But my best bet is to find people who have already pulled the trigger once before by purchasing a product in the past that can improve their health.

My goal in the initial “testing” phase is to see if I can drive 5% of the people I speak with, to my informational call.  I’m keeping track of my statistics on a daily basis.  The testing numbers are looked at in groups of 100.  That means that I need to speak with 100 people whose name matches with the one on my list that I dialed.  I want to see 5 people out of every 100 attend my presentation call.

My business partner and I have been dialing for a couple of weeks now.  I’ll let you know how the results stack up, next week.
